Hurricane RV is a caravan brand specialising in both on-road and off-road caravans, built for customers who value quality, durability, comfort and adventure. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Caravan Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the perfect caravan to suit their lifestyle and travel needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable sales professional with a strong background in the caravan industry and a thorough understanding of the caravan manufacturing process.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in caravan sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to confidently explain caravan construction, features, specifications and manufacturing processes to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer enquiries through to closing sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the right on-road or off-road caravan to suit their requirements and budget.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of caravan construction, manufacturing processes, materials and components.*
- Confidently explain caravan features, specifications, layouts, build quality and available options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.




- Work closely with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate communication with customers.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up to date with caravan industry trends, competitor products and customer preferences.

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience within the caravan or RV industry.
- Strong knowledge of both on-road and off-road caravans.
- A solid understanding of the caravan manufacturing and assembly process.
- Ability to explain technical caravan details and construction methods in a explicit, customer-friendly manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales and consistently work towards sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
