Job Title: Project Manager & Business Analyst (Max-Term Contract - 12 months)

An established consumer lending fintech business is seeking a hybrid Project Manager & Business Analyst to join their Product and Delivery team.

This role offers an opportunity to support and deliver strategic initiatives across lending platform enhancements, business growth initiatives and technology transformation projects. The role combines project delivery ownership with hands-on business analysis responsibilities, including:

· Business Analysis (requirements, process mapping, testing, vendor coordination)

· Project Management (planning, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder management)

· Transformation Delivery (vendor procurement, system migration and implementation)

You will own delivery outcomes end-to-end while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery Ownership

· Own end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to implementation

· Build and manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs and status reporting

· Manage scope, budget assumptions, timelines, dependencies and critical path activities

· Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate issues where required

· Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery alignment across teams

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

· Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows and delivery artefacts

· Support solution design, traceability and requirements validation

· Define and support UAT scenarios, test cases and defect triage





· Perform hands-on validation to ensure solutions meet business outcomes

Vendor, Procurement & Transformation Support

· Support procurement processes including RFI/RFP development and vendor assessment

· Coordinate third-party vendors through delivery and implementation phases

· Support data migration, cutover planning and post-implementation stabilisation

· Ensure vendor accountability against agreed milestones and deliverables

Stakeholder Management

· Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Credit Risk, Compliance, Technology and Executive Leadership

· Manage competing priorities and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders

· Provide structured project reporting and executive-level updates

· Build strong relationships with internal teams and external delivery partners

Experience & Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery or hybrid PM/BA roles, ideally within financial services, fintech or lending

· Experience working with lending platforms, vendor-led delivery environments, and managing requirements through testing and implementation

· Strong stakeholder management, delivery governance and risk/dependency management capability

· Exposure to system implementations, transformation projects, vendor selection or cutover planning highly regarded

· Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and project planning tools (e.g.,



MS Project or Smartsheet)

· Relevant degree preferred; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications advantageous
