Personal Trainer Wanted | Hesket

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Hesket. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability,



not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
