About the Role

Gilani Engineering is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to support daily sales operations and client communications. The successful candidate will assist with inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and support order processing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation




- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Qualified and positive approach to customer interaction

Preferred (Advantageous)

- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Familiarity with preparing technical quotations

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
