About the role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As a Trade Waiter, you will be responsible for providing professional table and bar service in a busy restaurant environment. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you'll be doing

- Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests

- Take orders accurately and deliver a high standard of table service

- Explain menu items, daily specials and beverage options to customers

- Set up and reset dining areas and maintain presentation standards

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service

- Process bills and payments using the point-of-sale system

- Maintain cleanliness and service readiness throughout each shift

- Assist in delivering a welcoming and professional guest experience

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a waiter or restaurant service role

- Solid food and beverage service skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hospitality environment

- Good presentation and customer service skills

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required





- Relevant food and beverage knowledge will be regarded favourably
