PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Arndell Park

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Arndell Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.





Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Day to day

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
