Casual Position | 3–4 Days Per Week | 5:00am Starts

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Café Cook / All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

We're a busy neighbourhood café serving breakfast, lunch and a selection of freshly made baked goods.

We're looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, has a positive understanding of baking and is happy to work as part of a small, hands-on team where everyone helps each other.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard
- Preparing and baking cakes, slices, muffins and other café baked goods
- Assisting with food preparation, presentation and daily kitchen operations
- Making coffee and assisting with customer service when required
- Taking orders, serving customers and clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean,



organised kitchen and café
- Working together with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

- Previous café cooking experience is essential
- Baking knowledge and practical baking experience are essential
- Ability to work independently and confidently in the kitchen
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist in all areas of the café
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Barista experience highly regarded
- Formal chef qualifications are not required

Pay: $55,400.00 – $85,700.00 per year
