Snap Fitness Concord West Epping | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Epping. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
