Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West North Willoughby

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in North Willoughby. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings.



This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What you will do

Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
