Love specialty coffee and ready to lead your own coffee bar? Wildflower Society is opening at Westfield Hurstville, and we’re looking for a Barista to help build the team and set the standard from day one.
You’ll be hands-on making coffee during busy service, while leading quality, workflow, and training. We’re looking for someone who can consistently make a great cup, keep the bar moving, and make customers feel welcome.
What you’ll do
- Lead the coffee bar during service
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee and milk standards
- Set up an efficient, clean and organised coffee station
- Manage coffee stock and daily preparation
- Work with the venue manager to build a robust opening team
You’ll be a great fit if you have
- Solid experience with specialty coffee in a busy café
- Confidence with espresso recipes, grinder adjustments and milk texturing
- Experience leading a coffee section or helping train other baristas
- A calm,
friendly approach when service gets busy
- Availability to work weekends and begin training before opening
