EXPERIENCED NIGHT CLEANER WANTED – CIRCULAR QUAY, SYDNEY

We are looking for a highly experienced, reliable and committed commercial cleaner to join our team for a recent cleaning contract at high-end restaurants in Circular Quay.

Location: Circular Quay, Sydney CBDStart Date: 16th or 23rd November 2026 (to be confirmed)Shift Start: 11:00 PMShift Duration: Approximately 5–6 hoursWork Area: Commercial Kitchen & Front of House (FOH)

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Commercial kitchen deep cleaning
- Rangehood and exhaust canopy cleaning
- Flat-top grill cleaning
- Chargrill cleaning
- Commercial stove and cooktop cleaning
- Pasta cooker cleaning
- Deep fryer cleaning
- Glass and window cleaning
- Front-of-house cleaning and detailing
- Maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning is essential.
- Must know how to properly clean commercial cooking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-end restaurant standards.




- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Must take pride in their work and consistently deliver excellent results.
- Must be available for late-night shifts.

IMPORTANT

These are high-end restaurants where cleaning standards are extremely important. We are NOT looking for inexperienced cleaners or people seeking casual, short-term work.

We need someone who is genuinely committed, professional, trustworthy and capable of maintaining consistently high cleaning standards.
