About the role

Corporate Cleaner position in Townsville, providing after-hours cleaning services to offices and commercial sites. This is a casual role with growing hours as the Townsville client base expands.

Key responsibilities

- After-hours cleaning of offices and commercial sites
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, bins and general tidying
- Following each site's checklist and leaving every job to a high standard
- Securing sites and setting alarms when you finish

About you

- Reliable, honest and able to work on your own after hours
- Own transport and a current driver's licence
- Pride in your work and an eye for detail
- Willing to obtain a police check and a Blue Card (for school sites)
- Commercial cleaning experience (nice to have)
- Carpet, hard-floor or window cleaning experience (nice to have)

Xtra Brite Cleaners is a family-owned commercial cleaning business that has served offices, schools and businesses in the Burdekin since 1978. In 2026/2027 we're expanding into Townsville, and we're looking for our first Townsville cleaners to build the team with us from day one.

Pay: $30.00 – $33.85 per hour

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Provisional P1 driver licence (Preferred)
