Vitality Support Care is seeking a friendly, engaging, and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Warragul, Victoria.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building genuine connections, having conversations, and providing person-centred support to a participant who loves to chat and engage with others.

About the Role

- Location: 9 Redleaf Avenue, Warragul VIC, Australia
- Shifts: Daily, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Position: Female Support Worker

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys meaningful conversations.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, compassionate, and reliable.




- Can build rapport and develop a positive working relationship with the participant.
- Is comfortable providing consistent daily support.
- Has experience in disability or aged care support (preferred).

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one, subject to role requirements.
- Relevant qualifications and experience are an advantage.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and participant wellbeing.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
