We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced team member to join our sushi team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and make fresh sushi daily.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and food handling.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Restock ingredients and keep sushi displays tidy and well-presented.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist at other store locations when required.

Requirements

- Previous sushi-making experience is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work at other store locations when needed.

Position Details

- Full-time position.
- Primarily based at our Mount Eliza store.
- May be required to assist at other store locations depending on business needs.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
