Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Banksia

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Banksia. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Day to day

Coach each client one-to-one. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay and super





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
