We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to take charge of our busy café kitchen at The Coffee Emporium Greenhills.

- 5 days per week across a 7-day roster, including weekends.

Your responsibilities

- Prepare delicious breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Manage kitchen operations, daily preparation and food presentation.
- Order ingredients, control stock and minimise food waste.
- Organise kitchen rosters and coordinate daily tasks.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards.




- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Who are we looking for?

- Proven experience in a breakfast and lunch kitchen, preferably in a café.
- Confidence in managing kitchen operations independently.
- Strong organisational, time-management and stock-control skills.
- A passion for quality food, consistency and teamwork.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
