PT Role | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Wilson

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Wilson. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.





What the role involves

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
