Talent Success is recruiting Meat Process Workers, Knife Hands and Production Workers for established meat processing facilities in regional South Australia.

We welcome candidates with experience in meat processing, butchery, knife work, food production, manufacturing, factory work or other physically demanding environments.

Suitable candidates without direct meat processing experience may also be considered for training, depending on the position and employer requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on the position and your experience, duties may include:

- Cutting, trimming, boning and preparing meat
- Performing knife-hand duties where required
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Conducting product quality checks
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Performing repetitive tasks and manual handling
- Working efficiently as part of a production team

Experience & Skills

Experience in the following is highly regarded:

- Meat processing and meat cutting
- Knife-hand work, butchery, boning or trimming
- Food production or food manufacturing
- Factory and production-line work
- Packing, warehousing and manual handling





No direct meat processing experience? You may still be considered if you have transferable experience in food production, manufacturing, hospitality, warehousing or other physically demanding work. Training may be available for suitable candidates.

About You

We're looking for candidates who are:

- Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance
- Physically capable of repetitive tasks and manual handling
- Comfortable working in cold or temperature-controlled environments
- Safety-conscious and able to follow hygiene procedures
- Comfortable using knives or production equipment where required
- Able to work in a quick-paced production environment
- Available for ongoing work

Important – Location & Relocation

These positions are based in regional South Australia.

You must be able to reliably travel to the worksite or be willing to relocate.
