About Us

Outplay Concreting Pty Ltd is a growing concreting company based in Brisbane, Queensland. We specialise in residential house slabs, including raft slabs, waffle pod slabs, conventional slabs, earthworks, footings, piers and complete concrete slab packages.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and professional Business Development & Project Manager to help expand our business, establish strong relationships with builders and manage ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new residential builders, developers and construction companies.
- Generate new leads and secure concreting contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders and clients.
- Communicate professionally with builders, engineers and other contractors.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate new projects.
- Attend meetings with potential builders and clients.
- Coordinate and manage ongoing concreting projects.
- Assist with project scheduling and communication between builders and site teams.
- Identify new business opportunities across Brisbane and surrounding areas.




- Represent Outplay Concreting professionally.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the Australian construction industry.
- Experience in business development, sales or construction project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of residential construction.
- Existing relationships with builders and developers will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
