Personal Training Position | Barunah Park

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Barunah Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.



Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
