Thanks to our recent rapid growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Motor Mechanic to join our busy team.

About this role:

This is a permanent full-time role responsible for the servicing, repair and maintenance of our products.

Detailed Responsibilities of the Role:

- Follow a schedule to perform maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrication and engine tune-ups for bikes and buggies.
- Perform maintenance services for trailer products, including bearings, suspension, hydraulic systems and brake systems.
- Maintain work logs, repair and maintenance records.
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts in trailers, bikes and buggies, including engines.
- Assemble bikes and buggies components according to specifications.
- Assemble trailer mechanical components into completed trailer products, including bearings, axles, suspension, hydraulic systems and brake systems.
- Dismantle and remove bikes and buggies engine assemblies, transmissions and other components, and reassemble them after repair.
- Perform fabrication and modifications.




- Test and diagnose mechanical issues with products.
- Check the quality of returned parts.
- Perform chassis reinforcement and ute accessory installation.
- Repair vehicle lighting and wiring, and troubleshoot and repair vehicle power systems and custom electrical circuits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform general workshop duties.

Requirement:

- 1-3 years' experience in and knowledge of general motor mechanics
- Certificate Ill in Light Vehicle Mechanical
- Driver Licence (Required)
- An energetic and hardworking attitude will suit this position
- Excellent attention to detail

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
