Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Camellia

Looking for a casual personal training role in Camellia? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

The role

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay structure





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
