Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West East Lindfield

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in East Lindfield. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week




- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

When you need to be available

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
