Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership
- Ensure care meets Quality Standards
- Lead clinical workforce
- Drive clinical governance and quality improvement
- Manage clinical budgets
- Oversee medication,



wound, palliative, infection control programs
- Lead accreditation readiness
- Build relationships with residents/families/GPs
- Report on clinical performance
- Ensure care minute requirements met

Requirements

- AHPRA RN registration
- Min 5 years post-grad experience
- Demonstrated clinical management/DON experience
- Comprehensive Quality Standards/AN-ACC knowledge
- Robust leadership skills
- Clinical governance/accreditation experience
- Financial acumen
- Clinical information systems proficiency
- National Police Check
- Valid working rights
- Current flu vaccination

Desirable

- Post-grad in aged care management/health admin
- DON/DOC experience
- Workforce planning/rostering knowledge
