Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale South Guildford

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in South Guildford. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.




- Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
