We are looking for reliable, compassionate and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers in the Northern Beaches, NSW area.

We are seeking dedicated support workers who are passionate about providing quality, person-centred care and helping participants maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Available Shifts

Monday

- 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- 2:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Tuesday to Friday

- 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday

- 8:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 2:30 pm – 9:00 pm

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in disability support or a similar care role.
- A caring, patient and reliable approach.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow individual care plans and support participant needs.
- Commitment to providing safe, respectful and person-centred support.
- Relevant NDIS screening and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the participant's needs, duties may include:





- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care.
- Supporting independence and community participation.
- Providing companionship and social engagement.
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Following individual support plans and completing shift notes.
