As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality customer service to our community, primarily through Council’s Service NSW Agency. Working as part of a job-share arrangement, you will also support Council’s broader customer service and administrative functions when not undertaking Service NSW duties.

Full Service NSW training will be provided. Applicants should be aware that criminal history and relevant background checks are required for this position.
