THE ROLE

Keep the cars rolling.

Cars come in. Cars go out. In between, they go to panel beaters, detailers, touch-up guys and more.

You know where every car is, what it's getting done, and when it's due back. If it's late, you chase it.

This is the engine room. When it runs right, the whole dealership runs right.

WHAT YOU NEED

Obsessive attention to detail





Elite organisational skills

Intuition, a good attitude and half a brain

Full driver's licence (non-negotiable)

Can't drive a manual? If you're a gun, we'll teach you.

WHAT YOU GET

$55–75K + super, depending on experience

Systems, AI and tools that do the heavy lifting. You run the machine, not a mess of spreadsheets.
