About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator/ Childcare Worker to join our team at Woodlands Truganina. You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing by creating engaging experiences in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

- Provide high-quality care, education and supervision to children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that support children's development.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Follow relevant child safety requirements, policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support continuous improvement in educational practice.





Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/ or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
- A current Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR and relevant child safety and mandatory reporting training, or willingness to obtain these as required.
- Knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and child-safe practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
