Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Pyrmont

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Pyrmont, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr




- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
