We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a construction team in Kemps Creek, NSW. This opportunity is suited to reliable and physically fit workers with experience in civil construction, earthworks, infrastructure, drainage, or general site operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Civil Labourer, Construction Labourer, or Skilled Labourer
- Experience working on civil construction or infrastructure sites
- Valid White Card
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Positive communication skills and ability to follow site instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Reliable transport to Kemps Creek
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Performing general civil construction labouring duties
- Assisting with earthworks, excavation, trenching, and site preparation
- Supporting drainage and utility installation activities
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organising construction materials
- Assisting plant operators, tradespeople, and site supervisors
- Using hand and power tools safely where required
- Assisting with concreting, pipe installation, backfilling, and general civil works
- Preparing and maintaining work areas




- Performing manual handling and general site clean-up
- Following WHS procedures and project safety requirements
- Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor
