Chef de Partie
The Ol' Duke & Curry House is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a hands-on chef with proven experience in Indian cuisine, solid knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, and a commitment to quality and consistency. Experience working with a tandoor oven is highly desirable. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will assist in delivering authentic, high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
