ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This role will primarily involve chairside dental assisting and supporting our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, and any experience you have doing dental front desk and/or with D4W will be a bonus!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting our dentists during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready for use.
- Cleaning, sterilising and packing instruments in accordance with infection control standards and sterilisation protocols.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels of dental equipment and supplies.
- Ensuring treatment rooms and clinical areas are clean, organised and well maintained.
- Providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for our patients.
- Working collaboratively with our dentists and the wider team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
- Providing occasional assistance with front desk duties, including greeting patients, managing appointments and processing claims, as required.

We are looking for someone who is available to work on weekends (we are open Saturdays and Sundays) plus one weekday (optional), on a casual basis, with the opportunity to increase to part-time or full-time employment in the future.

Some dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider candidates who are enthusiastic, eager to learn and committed to developing their skills.

The start date is flexible, sometime in November 2026 ideally.

- Have previous dental assisting experience, ideally with familiarity with chairside assisting and sterilisation procedures. Training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills.
