Disability Support Workers – Female SIL House

Location: Croydon, VIC

Advance Support Co is an NDIS-registered provider offering personalised, high-quality disability support. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our team at our brand-new, all female Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Croydon, commencing late November 2026.

You will support three lovely female participants in their current, purpose-built home, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care, transfers and daily living activities.
- Support meal preparation and mealtime routines.
- Encourage participation in community access and social activities.
- Facilitate meaningful in-home activities and engagement.
- Provide active support, promoting independence and choice.
- Build positive relationships and provide companionship.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

About You

We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced support workers who are passionate about making a difference. You will ideally have experience supporting people with complex physical support needs and be confident working in a SIL environment.

You must be a team player,



demonstrate a positive attitude and be committed to providing person centred support.

You may have aged care or disability experience working with people who have neurological /physical disabilities.

Location Requirement

To ensure reliability and suitability for regular rostered shifts, applicants must live within approximately 30–45 minutes of Croydon, VIC.
