Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Leda

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Leda. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your responsibilities

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission.



The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
