Rogers Industries Group manufactures an extensive range of aluminium castings to a very high standards. Our Gravity Die Casting method utilizes various horizontal, vertical and tilt pour machines which can produce castings weighing as much as 30kgs in runs above 10,000.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + super + overtime

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, setting up and checking casting equipment, dies, moulds and sand cores before production
Operate and maintain aluminium die casting machines to produce high-quality components
Operate sand core machine.
Ensure best practices and safety standards




Carrying out casting operations, including pouring molten aluminium into dies using the relevant production process (gravity / tilt pour)
Monitor casting parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime
Selecting and checking metal materials in accordance with production requirements
Inspecting cast components and performing finishing operations, such as trimming, deburring, cleaning or polishing.
Undertake quality checks and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimise production

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 years’ experience in aluminium die casting, ideally in a high-volume setting
Strong understanding of die casting machinery, tooling, and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
