Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Moe Thorpdale

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Thorpdale. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What the role involves

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start




- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
