About the role

As part of the Front of House team at Parriwi Beach Cafe, you'll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar and events. You'll work in a beautiful waterfront venue, providing friendly, attentive and professional service to guests while working closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, attentive and professional table service
- Taking orders and confidently recommending food, wine and cocktails
- Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine, according to experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient bar and restaurant floor
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams
- Supporting functions, events and busy weekend services
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest

About you

- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Cocktail-making and bar experience highly regarded
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A warm, outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Reliability,



teamwork and strong attention to detail
- Current NSW RSA competency for alcohol service duties
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Parriwi Beach Cafe is a newly opened waterfront restaurant, bar and events venue located at the iconic Spit in Mosman. With a busy summer of great food, cocktails, live music and events ahead, we're looking for experienced, enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our growing team.
