In this role as a Duty Manager your main priorities will be:
- Supervising and supporting front-of-house staff
- Running busy lunch, dinner and bar services
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Managing cash handling, opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring RSA, safety and venue procedures are followed
- Assisting with staff training and day-to-day operations
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
