Experienced Duct Installers Wanted

Talent Success is seeking experienced Duct Installers, HVAC Installers and Sheet Metal Workers for commercial HVAC projects across Sydney and NSW.

If you have at least 2 years of duct installation or HVAC experience, hold a Construction White Card and EWP ticket, and are ready for an immediate start, we'd like to hear from you.

The Work

Working as part of an experienced HVAC construction team, your duties may include:

- Installing commercial sheet metal ductwork
- Installing rectangular, spiral and flexible ductwork
- Measuring, positioning and fitting ductwork
- Installing supports, brackets and hangers
- Connecting duct sections and fittings
- Reading plans, drawings and duct layouts
- Working from EWP / scissor lifts where required
- Coordinating with supervisors and other mechanical trades
- Maintaining site safety and quality standards

What You Need

To be considered, you should have:





- Minimum 2 years' duct installation / HVAC experience
- Current Construction White Card
- EWP ticket – under 11m
- Current National Police Check / AFP Check, or ability to obtain one
- Australian working rights
- Ability to read basic plans and drawings
- Reliable transport
- Robust attendance and reliability
- Ability to work safely within an active construction environment

Highly Regarded

The following will be highly regarded:

- Sheet Metal / Engineering Fabrication trade qualification
- Working at Heights
- Commercial or Tier 1 construction experience
- Current driver's licence
- Certificate I–IV or relevant trade qualification
- Additional HVAC or mechanical services experience
