Are you commercially minded, analytical and passionate about driving business performance? We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Business Partner to join our team in Wakerley, Brisbane.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Production and Finance, you’ll turn financial data into meaningful insights, support informed decision-making and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales, Operations and Production to drive business performance and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and variance reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Manage product costing,



inventory analysis and profitability reporting.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve margins and cost efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support pricing, projects and operational decisions.
- Improve financial reporting processes, systems and controls.

About you

- CPA/CA qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, and at least 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A; or finance business partnering.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Manufacturing costing and inventory experience highly desirable, with Microsoft Business Central experience also advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Well organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to accommodate month-end responsibilities and deadlines.
