We're looking for experienced Senior Wait Staff who know what great hospitality looks like and genuinely enjoy delivering it.
If you're confident running a busy section, have an eye for detail and know how to make guests feel looked after, we'd love to meet you.
THE ROLE
You'll be part of a passionate front of house team delivering a premium dining experience, where attention to detail, personality and professionalism matter.
We're looking for people who bring:
- Proven experience in a busy, quality restaurant or premium dining venue
- Confidence managing their own section independently
- Excellent food, wine and cocktail knowledge
- A warm, engaging personality and natural ability to connect with guests
- Solid communication, initiative and attention to detail
- The ability to stay composed and organised during busy services
- A current RSA and availability across evenings and weekends
