Window Cleaning Technician | $60K to $100K+ per year plus super | Company Ute | Paid Training

THE PAY

- $60,000 to $100,000+ per year plus 12% super, based on performance
- Top technicians earn up to $500+ per day
- Commission based pay with a guaranteed hourly base. You earn whichever is higher, plus bonuses.

Your pay grows with your performance. You earn more by working efficiently, recommending add on services on the job, and getting clients onto recurring service plans. There's no ceiling.

Sunshine Scrub has been cleaning windows across Perth's coastal suburbs, from Ocean Reef to Cottesloe, since 2024, and is one of the fastest growing window cleaning companies in Western Australia. We're booked out weeks in advance and expanding fast. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- You communicate confidently with people. Sales or customer facing experience is a big plus, especially door to door.
- You're dependable and organised. You show up on time, every time.
- You hold a valid Australian driver's licence and have a clean driving record
- You can lift up to 20 kg and work safely at heights on ladders

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We book your schedule for you, usually 2 to 4 jobs per day. You don't have to find the work. Your job is to show up, deliver an amazing experience, and get more value out of every visit.

Schedule · Full time, Monday to Friday

Location · In person, Perth's northern and western coastal suburbs, starting from Duncraig WA
