Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Blacktown | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Blacktown. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- What it pays

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
