Wildfire Bartenders is a mobile cocktail bar based on the Northern Beaches. We run the bar at weddings, birthdays and corporate events all over Sydney, with fresh, made-to-order cocktails and a crew that guests talk about the next day.

We're growing fast and need Event Leads: experienced bartenders who can own a night from setup to pack down.

What you'll do

- Run the bar on the night and lead a crew of 1 to 4 bartenders

- Be the client's go-to on the day: arrive, set up, keep service moving, sort problems before anyone notices

- Make great cocktails fast, and keep the bar clean, secure and on brand

- Pack down, check the gear back in and submit hours through our crew app

What you'll bring

- Current NSW RSA

- Solid cocktail bar experience, and time leading a bar or a team





- Calm under pressure and good with people

- Reliable own transport (events across Sydney, often finishing late)

- Available most weekends, especially through spring and summer

What you get

- $60 per hour plus super, casual

- Paid weekly

- Regular weekend work through the busy season, with more as we grow
