Z Protection Services is recruiting experienced and professional crowd controllers for ongoing work at a busy licensed venue in Melbourne CBD.

We are looking for confident, reliable individuals with strong crowd management skills, excellent presentation and proven experience working in licensed environments.

Position Details

- Location: Melbourne CBD
- Employment: Casual
- Pay: Level 3 Casual Award Rates, including applicable penalty rates
- Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
- Availability: Must be available to work all three nights, including late finishes.
- Work: Regular ongoing weekend shifts

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Previous experience in nightclubs, bars or licensed venues
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and confidently




- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Qualified presentation, punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow venue procedures
