We are seeking a skilled Chef to bring their expertise and creativity to our team. This is a full time position and will work at our restaurant in Cleveland, QLD.

What You'll Do

- Masterfully craft and present dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence and culinary artistry.
- Ensure every plate meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery during service hours.
- Oversee the preparation of ingredients and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with our team to design menus that celebrate fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to perform at their best and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management, minimizing waste while maximizing quality.

What We’re Looking For





- Must have related qualification in Diploma or Advanced Diploma level or equivalent and 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Proven experience in fine dining or a similar setting, with a passion for creating memorable meals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of French cuisine and a flair for innovation in culinary design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
