Brenton Neville Plumbing is looking for a Qualified Plumber and/or Roofing Plumber to join our team on the Atherton Tablelands.
We're a locally owned and operated business with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial work, looking for another capable tradesperson who takes pride in doing a job properly.

If you're an experienced, productive tradesperson who can work autonomously, think ahead, solve problems and take ownership of your jobs without needing constant direction, we're prepared to pay accordingly.
If you're qualified but still developing your experience and confidence, we're open to that too — provided you have the right attitude, take feedback on board and genuinely want to improve.
$40–$55 per hour + super, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
About the Role
This is a full-time, ongoing position with long-term stability and opportunities for professional growth. You’ll be responsible for a variety of plumbing work across residential, commercial, and roofing projects throughout the Atherton Tablelands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative plumbing and roofing solutions on new commercial and residential projects
- Perform general plumbing maintenance, installations, and repairs
- Hot water installations, storwater & drainage aswell as septic & sewer systems
- Work across domestic, commercial, and roofing projects
- reading Plans & completing works to specification
- Supervise & mentor apprentices whilst working with builders, clients & other trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer service
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $40 – $55 per hour PLUS superannuation (based on experience and qualifications)
- Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Overtime: Available as required
- Vehicle and fuel card: Negotiable for the right candidate
- Flexible roster: 5-day week or 9-day fortnight

Note: Remuneration will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience in line with the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award (MA000036).
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified plumber with current Plumbing Licence, Driver’s Licence, and White Card
- Reliable, solutions-focused tradesperson who takes pride in their work
- Experience in domestic and commercial plumbing
- Great communicator and team player
- Leadership or supervisory experience valued
- Comfortable using smartphones and job management apps
