Change Futures is a Brisbane based not-for-profit organisation providing Mental Health services to a range of community groups. Our mission is to work with people of all ages to provide opportunities for positive change and to enhance their psychological and emotional well-being.

We are seeking a number of Provisional Psychologists or Social Workers to join our dynamic team working within our PAC (Psychology Aged Care) program across a range of Aged Care facilities located within South East Brisbane . The successful candidates will be located within the Brisbane South East corridor (Capalaba, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills and Redlands) and will have the confidence and experience to work largely autonomously. If you engage well with people, can expertly organize your workload, manage deadlines, then we would really like to hear from you. These roles can be managed either full time or part time, supporting a range of clients across all presentations within Aged Care facilities.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing psychological support and face to face evidence-based assessments and interventions to a wide range of clients
- Working collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Working with culturally sensitive practices for clients to deliver quality psychological services
- Maintaining confidential records and timely entry in client management systems
- Composing detailed and accurate correspondence to stakeholders (GP letters, risk reports)
- Collaboratively working with agencies and allied health professionals
- Developing clinical practice knowledge through active learning and engaging in professional development

About You:

- Provisional Psychologist or Social Worker (or completing accreditation)




- Registered with either AHPRA or AASW
- Unrestricted working rights within Australia
- Must hold a valid and current Blue Card and Police Check prior to employment commencing
