Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South North Arm

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in North Arm. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability





We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
